A classic Woodstone Firedeck 8645 with stainless steel upper and black powder coated lower. This oven was purchased for a proposed restaurant in the birth place of country music and a home of NASCAR, Bristol, TN. The concept of the restaurant changed from a pizzeria to American Bistro themed and subsequently, the oven saw little use over the first 12 years of it's life. It has been in storage the last 4 years awaiting it's next mission. This oven was meticulously cleaned and completely gone through with our 67 point check list. As always, we replaced the igniters and cleaned the burners. Even though this oven was manufactured in early 2000, it is in showroom condition. A new oven would look like this after 12 to 16 months of use. All of our ovens come with a 2 year warranty.
