especially one with such an adorable face! Here is a beautiful Toni doll from the 1950's, dressed in a hand-made crocheted red evening gown. Highly collectible!
D E S C R I P T I O N
The lovely face, eyes, hands, and form of this doll by Ideal make it a sweet addition to a collector's doll coterie. Her style is special, with the more sophisticated gown, compared to the original dresses for the Toni dolls. Do you think the shoes complement her dress?
An estate purchase. The prior owner said her grandmother made the red gown for the doll. Has three snap closures on the back. One of a kind attire on this beauty.
Comes with vintage shoes, socks, and panties; these may be from another older doll, perhaps from the early 1900's. Also has a doll stand.
C O N D I T I O N
In excellent vintage condition for her age. This walker doll's limbs are flexible, and her eyelids still close softly when she reclines. Her hair is in great shape and has been styled to match her dress -- I've not touched it up, leaving that up to the new owner. Doll, clothes, and stand only. No original box.

Carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper for a safe, elegant presentation, then bubble wrapped for safety in shipping. I usually ship the next day on weekdays and all weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

The maker of Toni home perms teamed up with toymaker Ideal to offer this walker doll in a package combining a home perm and a doll. This was called a "walker doll." She is flexible and can be posed many ways, although I just showed her on the stand in the photos.
