NO DOLL
This super cute, VERY HARD TO FIND Ideal doll dress came on my 14” Harriet Hubbard Ayer doll. It’s
too big
for her, There is about an inch of dress in back if it’s on a 14” doll.
I’m showing it on my 15” Sweet Sue Walker doll. Fits great. See last pic.
It is untagged, but I know it’s authentic because I have the same dress that also came on a 14” HHA doll, but that one
IS
the correct size for her.
So I’m going to guess that this fits the ideal P 91 size Dolls, but please see the measurements I provided in the photographs to be sure it will fit your intended doll.
The dress is in very good vintage condition. Still stiff fabric. Elastic still stretchy in sleeves.
There is a place on front of left sleeve seam that, as far as I can tell, is made that way from factory. It looks like it just wasn’t gathered evenly when sewn. See pic. It doesn’t detract from the dress’s overall condition.
Buttons are secure.
I held the dress up to the light and didn’t find any pinholes in the apron or in the dress, with the exception of one little fraying or hole on the hem edge in front. I zoomed in on it to show it better on outside and inside, because it’s hard for me to determine with my bad eyes.
If there is any fading, it is slight.
I find no holes, rips, stains, discoloration , defects or odors other than that which I’ve mentioned.
I tried to edit photos to show correct color… it’s hard. I’d say the pic of dress on the doll is most accurate.
