Swiss Swedish Dutch German Costume Dolls Regional Attire Outfit in Display Domes

Description

This is a pair of costume cloth dolls, with plastic (?) heads in display domes. They are glued by their feet to the bases.
The dolls alone are about 9 inches tall. On their bases and with the domes on the whole thing is about 12 inches tall.
I am unsure what region the outfits are from. I can only guess somewhere in the Swiss/Swedish/Dutch region.
