Very interesting fine old violin with
lavishly decorated inlaid purfling on front and back.

Presumably around early 1900s. Finely carved scroll and accurately triple inlaid purfling on the front, which turns into nice ornaments on the back.

his rare old violin shows no open cracks or open seams.
The violin has been checked by our luthier and by our violin player on playability. In our workshop it received new setup with new ebony pegs, elder ebony tailpiece and chinrest, a new bridge, new soundpost and new strings.
Beautiful old quality instrument with great potential in immediate playing condition!

Measures aprox.: total 59 cm / 23.2", body 35,8 cm / 14.15", vibrating chord length 32,5 cm / 12.8", weight 443 gr / ~15.63 oz.
