As with most razors of this era that were imported into North America from Germany it is not easy to identify the actual cutler. Cutlers in Germany were making private label items in great numbers. In this instance the  case offered more clues than the razor itself.  It is an intelligent guess that Premier Cutlery who were located at 47 West 42nd Street New York from 1921 -1955 and imported cutlery of all sorts for sale and distribution in the US. were the importers.
What is interesting about this razor appears once again on the box where it is stamped "British Zone Germany": something I have never come across before. German cutlers seeking to re-establish themselves after the war found a ready market for their products in the US and this is a prime example.

: Fair Condition.
Scales
: The scales are black celluloid. There is a cross wise break on the obverse face about 1" aft of the nose pin which has been repaired with tape.
Blade Surface
: There is evidence of sharpening. Along the top obverse spine face there is some grind evidence which may have been caused while sharpening in order to avoid the etching. That aside quite reasonable condition and should clean up quite well.
Cutting Edge
: There are no apparent flaws to the cutting edge. 30% SR The blade appears a little short for the scale mouth and may have been cut away and reground at some point.
