This pizza oven is great for commercial or home use.
This oven is brick-lined
which makes it able to absorb moisture and radiate a dry, even heat that yields a faster cooked, and crisper crust pie.
The arched refectory brick-lined ceiling of the MB series ovens develops more heat synchronization allowing the oven to maintain temperatures more efficiently and evenly.
The unit has casters, and there is a brush/scraper included to clean cooking surface.
We will remove the interior bricks/stones for shipment and box them as a means to reduce the risk of potential breakage.
Dimensions:
69" H x 44.25" D x 62.5" L; 65" Square, 60" Flat, 36" x 42" Cooking Surface. The shipping weight will be 1,525 pounds.
Condition:
It has been used very little and is in great working condition. There is slight cosmetic wear. There has been some cement applied on the bottom left side of the oven, because some of the stones were loose. There is a dent in the back of the oven that does not affect operation. Please see all pictures.
