Gorgeous Old French Labeled Violin with an attractive tiger flamed Maple two piece back. The violin comes in a old case for protection.
Full size violin measures 360mm from the back with an old hand written label that says:
Instruments d' Artistes
Jacques Leclera? Annee
Good accurate workmanship throughout! puflining is delicately laid out, handsome sound hole design, and elegant deep cut scroll. All four corners are fully blocked and the edges are reinforced with lining strips of wood.
The Violin's upper back is unglued and needs to be put back in it's place, see pictures. Luckily the violin is in good condition!
