    Description

MIRIAM HASKELL JEWELRY ~ Cathy Gordon & Sheila Pamfiloff ~ 2004 ~ Authors inscribed
Who doesn't recognize the unique designs of Miriam Haskell and  the use of her  dimpled faux, simulated pearls.  This book is perfect for learning to recognize the distinct Haskell  jewelry from the several wannabes.  The company has a long history and but  maintained their quality of design and manufacture, much of it done by hand.
This seller lent about a dozen pieces to the authors.  Some if not all of those have a history that may be of interest.   The Haskell company apparently was in the habit of gifting the jewelry buyers at major stores with jewelry.  This seller was fortunate to obtain a collection which included finished pieces and prototypes which were  never brought to production.  You will find a post-it marking a few of those.
The book is in excellent condition, except the spine wants to split away so there is a fracture at 241.  The pages are not separated from the spine.  Inscribed by the authors :"Than you so much for all your help. We wish you the best with your Sparkles, Warm Regards,"
Size is 12 in x 9".  Non smoking house.  Shipping is USPS Media mail, in a box.
