This is a used working top and bottom Middleby Marshall 360 wide body ovens. We do have a captive air hood / roof fan to go with it available separately. Ovens do have some recently replaced blower motors. This oven just came out of a pizza store doing 30k a week and would be a perfect oven for most operations.
