There are a couple of tears on the folds and other antique wear as shown.
1.  Disbursement document, handwritten, noting Lydia Peel deceased in 1779.    This document may be her signature at her deathbed as the month and year are noted, but not the date.   And Lydia Peel Harris signs.  Thomas Richi is her attorney and one of the executors of the last will and testament.   Grace Richi also signes.
2.  Second document is accounting sheet of Grace Parr for the estate of Mrs. Lydia Peel.   Signed by Tho. Richi.
Excellent original early family and/or town genealogy, history, antique, collectible heirloom and/or ephemera.
