Horsman Dimples Boy doll composition

Horsman 18". Marked © E.I.H.CO.INC. I didn't attempt any cleaning. The doll looks like it has original clothing and hat, socks and shoes - hat has moth holes in the back. Clothing and body has some "rust" spots. Sleeping eyes are clear and work. The mouth has teeth and tongue. There is cracklings on the face and some kind of surface imperfection over the right eye.
Cracks and scuffs on the body, but over all the hands and feet are in fairly good condition, no peeling or deep cracks, except there is one deep crack over the right ankle covered by sock. I did not take the shoes off, but would assume that the condition is similar as the rest of the body. The crier does not work. Please e
