    Description

    This early 20th century violin is of fine quality but will require some restoration.
    It will require a new tailpiece, end pin, bridge, nut, glue down fingerboard, and repair of a cracked side (see photos). We do not see any other structural issues (no top or back cracks). The neck joint is firm as well as the end pin block, etc. Keep in mind, as we did not carefully inspect the inside, there may be flaws we are unaware of.
    The finish appears original and untampered with though there are a few wear marks and scratches. All in all, we've seen much, much worse.
    We will pack carefully and ship in its original/period wooden "coffin" style case (which is not in great shape).
