. It looks like an
old repair
.

is
missing
.
Strings
are
old
&
one
is
missing
.
- I do
not
see any splitting; top
or
bottom from sides, neck from body, etc...solid.
- When I flipped the fiddle
&
I
discovered a rattlesnake rattle.
- Violin measures approx.
23
inches long.
- So far, I do
not
know the age
or
manufacturer of the fiddle
or
the bow.

Bow
has some
dings, scuffs, nicks
&
winkled leathe
r.  It functions.
