This oven has a rotating steel floor that is 42" diameter. The roof is flat top with no dome, perfect for traveling and taking to events. This oven cooked and still cooks pizza flawlessly and was the reason why our pizza truck took 31 on yelp stop 100 restaurants in the nation. I sold the business and took this oven with me hoping I'd use it in making a portable event trailer to rent our. I don't have time for that now.
