initial "W" in a circle on the front and heart cut outs
top rails
about 9+ oz and approx 8 5/8 x almost 4")
see page 210 of  book by Ellwood -- "A collector's guide to Trivets and Stands" -- deemed high valued and rare

not cleaned by me but appears in good condition relative to age --  believe early 1900s
