Antique Brass Trivets. These trivets I believe to have been made in England. I have been told that they were used by travelers for holding a teapot. I also believe that these trivets may have been half of what would have been a pair. I also believe that they were used for fireplace fenders in dollhouses. They are wonderfully made and very interesting little pieces. The pictures are a little jumbled and I apologize for that. The last picture is the smallest piece, which measures 5” x ¾”. The middle piece measures 6 ½” x ⅞” and the largest 7 ⅞” x 1 ½”.
