1794 Botetourt County Virginia Agreement between William Watts & Adam Briz of Pennsylvania.  About 12 1/2" x 7 1/2".
Content as follows:
"An agreement made the 7th Day of January 1794 between
William Watts of the County of Botetourt of the one part
& Adam Briz of the State of Pennsylvania of the other part
Witnesseth that the sd Wm. Watts for & in Consideration of
the sum of one Thousand pounds Virginia money have
bargain'd & sold to the sd. Adam Briz five hundred acres
of land to begin at the White Oaks a corner between the
said Watts & Jno. Morrison then to the line between the
Watts & Harsbarger thence to Timber Creek as the line
runs thence down the creek to the line that divides the said
Watts & William Fleming land thence along the sd. line from
the creek to the beginning which sd. land the sd. Watts agrees
to make the sd. Adam Briz a good title in fee simple
when required and the sd. Adam Briz agrees to pay the sd. Watts
five hundred pounds on or before the 20th Day of May next
when the said Watts agrees to give him possession of the said land
& premises and five hundred pounds in five annual
payments to begin the said 20th of May next the said last
payments to carry interest from May 1796.  The said
Adam Briz agrees to give the said Watts bonds with
sufficient security for the payment thereof. Witness
our hands & seals the Day and yar above written.
