1930 Art Deco Store Trade Catalog from A.C. Becken Company in Chicago, IL
The book measures 9 1/8" x 12" x 2 1/2" and weighs almost 9 1/2 pounds
Over 1,000 pages of department store items:  Watches, diamonds, jewelry, novelties (compacts, atomizers, mesh bags, pencils, pens, leather goods, lighters, rumidors, smoking goods, toilet ware), sterling flat ware, sterling hollow ware, silver plated flat ware, electrical goods, clocks, umbrellas, luggage, cameras, optical goods, etc....
Most of the pages are B&W but there are many color pages
The book is not in great shape, appears to have been stored some where damp at one time and the spine is slightly coming apart but you can still safely flip through the pages.
You could go through this book for hours looking at all the art deco style items imaging what the items looked liked and being used in that time period!
