    Description

    Two important PA revolutionary period figures. Redick, the author, was a well known State surveyor and the Vice President of PA about this time. Yates, approved the US Constitution for the State at the US convention. He was a PA Supreme Justice and he and Redick led in the negotiation solving the Whiskey Rebellion several years later with Redick delivering the agreement to George Washington.
