Found her chr on the IGI child of Charles Augustus Hulbert and Mary. Gave full birth date, but not second name.
1861 Census; Living as son (age 13) at Parsonage House, Slaithwaite, Yorkshire. With parents, aunt (Elizabeth B Wood, 46), 5 siblings, 3 servants and a pupil. Occupation; Scholar.
London Gazette; 20 Jun 1865; West Riding of Yorkshire Rifle Volunteer Corps; Pervical Wood Hulbert, to be Ensign. Dated 2nd June 1865.
1871 Census (incorrectly indexed as 'Halbert') ; Living as unmarried son (age 23) at West Gate, Almondbury, Yorkshire with parents, sister, visitor (Arthur Godwyn, 18, Accountant) and 2 servants. Occupation;Curate of High Harrogate. This gives second name as Wood.
18 Jun 1874 marriage banns read at Upper Armley for a marriage to Gertrude Harrison. Father Charles Augustus Hulbert.
Harrogate Advertiser - 20th June 1874. On the 18th inst., at Upper Armley Church, near Leeds, by the Rev Charles Bury, MA, Rector of Tickhill, uncle of the bride, assisted by the Rev Canon Hulbert, MA, Vicar of Almondbury, Percival Wood Hulbert, BA, Curate of High Harrogate, to Gertrude Harrison, fifth daughter of the late Captain Harrison, of Arlington House, Knaresborough.
1881 Census; Living as head (age 33) at the Vicarage, Arthington, Yorks with wife, dau and 2 servants. Occupation; Vicar and M.A. of Cambridge.

Hulbert, Charles Augustus (1804-1888), his eldest son, born at Coleham, near Shrewsbury, on 31 Dec. 1804, was educated at Shrewsbury School and Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge. He graduated B.A. in 1834, and M.A. in 1837; was curate of St. Mary's, Islington, 1834 to 1839, perpetual curate of Slaithwaite, Yorkshire, 1839 to 1867, and vicar of Almondbury, near Huddersfield, from 1867 to 1888. He was mainly instrumental in the restoration of Almondbury Church. In 1866 he was collated honorary canon of Ripon. He died in March 1888. Among other works he published: 1. 'Poetical Recreations,' Shrewsbury, 1828. 2. 'Theotokos, or the Song of the Virgin,' 1842. 3. 'The Gospel revealed to Job, 1853. 4. 'Annals of the Church in Slaithwaite,' 1864. 5. 'Extracts from the Diary of the Rev. Robert Meeke,' 1875. 6. 'Annals of the Church and Parish of Almondbury, Yorkshire,' 1882, 8vo. 7. 'Supplementary Annals,' 1885.

Grandchildren are; Mary B Girling (17, scholar, born Lockwood, Yorks), William H Girling (15, scholar, born ???) and Charles Ed(?) Lacey Hulbert (13, Scholar, born ? perhaps Suffolk)
